Just beware that communication regarding pickup is poor, but the drivers and vehicles are great. Two drivers told us they have asked this information to be changed and it hasn't yet been updated. After the driver called us, we discovered the hotel had changed their pickup location some time ago to the bus depot, but the email information was never updated. Our confirmation email clearly stated the pickup location to be the main lobby. We were scheduled to get picked up from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Once we got that figured out, the experience was great. I had to call to figure out where to go, and there seemed to be some confusion about where we were, where to go, and why there was an issue. I assumed there would be a sign or some way for us to know where to go from baggage claim, but there was not. Upon arrival to the airport the pickup location was just the address of the airport. Staff was very friendly and efficient, but communication regarding pickup both at the airport and at the hotel was poor at best. Horrible experience and I would never use them again nor recommend them. They also stated that it's our responsibility to call customer service and ask for a refund in the price difference. We ended up taking the shared ride so that we could get to our hotel. Oh and get this they also don't have any car seats. What?! At no time from booking our shuttle to checking in did anyone state that. I reminded them that we had a private shuttle with car seats and they stated "Oh we don't do private shuttles anymore". The ushered us over and that's when we noticed the other people on the shuttle. At this point it's at least an hour past our pickup time.Īfter waiting another 20-30 minutes our shuttle finally arrived. The checked our reservation and asked us to wait for our shuttle. After roaming around the baggage area for a while I finally someone. So then I called customer service and they told us to go inside and find a representative for help. I tried texting back the number that sent us the initial confirmation. Great I thought! However that ended up being an automated message with no other communication.Īfter getting our bags we went to the pickup area outside and waited and waited and waited. We booked a private airport transfer online from Kahului Airport with 3 car seats (additional charge) and upon arrival we received a text stating that our shuttle was on the way.
